It has been a crazy, crazy summer and that is NO excuse to have not kept up on sharing information with you.

There are many many items to talk about and share with you but today is the status of The Belmont Inn in Camden, Maine which SOLD yesterday, brokered by Kimberly Swan and Erica Brooks of The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty.

The Belmont is suitably located on Belmont Avenue in one of Maine's most popular seaside destinations.

The inn is a beautiful structure in lovely surroundings on a quiet side street - away from the busy traffic lanes - of Camden.

There are six guestrooms with spacious and gracious common rooms for guests to enjoy.

The new owner, Kim Caffe, has a good deal of design upgrades planned for the off season with the promise of new mattresses and linens and amenities in line for future guests. The common rooms will be completely refurnished and we can't wait for the reveal.
